This week, we say a fond farewell to our chef James after 18 years at Verulam House.
James has kept us well-fed and well-entertained over the years with his wonderful singing mini concerts, which have brought so much joy to residents and staff alike.
We will all miss him enormously, but we wish him the very best of luck for the future. Thank you for your years of dedication, kindness, and laughter.
Don't be a stranger, James. We hope you'll come back and entertain us again sometime soon!
π Good luck and goodbye from all of us at Verulam House.

It's always inspiring to see creativity bloom! πΈβ¨ At our flower arranging session in Verulam, people who had never arranged flowers before surprised themselves by creating beautiful, unique masterpieces. With a little guidance, plenty of imagination, and a wonderful selection of blooms, everyone left feeling proud of what they had achieved.
A fantastic reminder that you don't need experience to be creative, just the willingness to give something new a try! πβ€οΈ
